  • May I downgrade or upgrade my package/membership?
Because we do not have time-specific terms and memberships can be canceled at any time, you can sign into our Momence system and cancel your current renewal and sign up for your preferred upgraded/downgraded membership. We recommend you do this least two business days before your next billing date. Feel free to call or text us if you need assistance with this.
  • I have previous pole/aerial experience. Do I have to start with intro/beginner?
No, but we require that you contact us to discuss your current skill level so we can assess what classes/levels are best for you. New clients may not self-assess as we have a very structured curriculum and strict assessment process.
  • Do I have to sign up in advance?
All participants must sign up and pay in advance to reserve a spot. We do not allow drop ins due to capacity limitations. Online sign-up closes one hour before the class start time, however, late registrations are usually allowed if the class is not full and/or the instructor has enough notice to commute in. For late sign ups, you must phone or text us. Please note: Our instructors report to the studio only if they have people signed up for their class, so signing up in advance ensures you are not inconvenienced by showing up to a closed studio. Additionally, it makes lesson planning more effective the sooner we know who will be attending. Lastly, from time to time we have class cancellations due to illness, weather, etc. and we will refer to our class rosters to determine who needs to be notified.
  • May I participate if I am pregnant?
For insurance and safety reasons, students may not participate while pregnant unless they have extensive experience in pole/aerial, have medical clearance, and request approval from the studio owner to continue their training. Please contact the studio if you have questions or to request approval.
  • May I suspend my package/membership?
Because we do not have time-specific terms and memberships can be canceled at any time, you can sign into our Momence system and cancel your renewal or you can call/text us if you need help. If you need to suspend your current month due to extended illness/injury or other extenuating circumstances, please email us to request such.
